Secondly, it is thought ( key word thought) to be helpful in male hygiene, since it is somewhat difficult to clean between the foreskin and the penis. A third argument sometimes raised is that oral sex is easier when performed on men who do not have a foreskin.
Answer: Here in Europe men have no hygien or oral sex problem so the main reasons to do it are religious, Judaism and Islam, or medical problems. USA is the only country where they seem to do it based on looks and hygien.
