The truth of the matter is that when a married man cheats on his wife and has a mistress the wife of course will be hurt and angry, but she is also humiliated and jealous because she is wondering what she did wrong and that her husband finds another woman more attractive than her. The thought of another woman sleeping with her husband is extremely hurtful. Anger and jealousy in this case go hand in hand.
