I would also like to know this...my breeze started doing that about 6 mons ago. And now my gas gauge suddenly drops then goes back to normal while Im driving. I have had this same problem and came across the following website for the Dodge Stratus or Sebring or something. It is the same issue. The problem is solder positions on the instrument cluster circuit board and can be solved by resoldering some connections. There is an addition link on this site to a nice step by step solution with pictures. Here is the site: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=133083
the sensor is probly bad or you have short in it
check your fuse box. That fuse might have short circuit
You have a short in the wiring.
You need to get a service manual and check that circuit for a short to ground.
AnswerI had this problem on my '98 Plymouth Breeze. You can pull the fuse/relay and it will stop the horn but the problem is a short located on the airbag/horn button on the steering column. The airbag has plastic washers that wear out over time and allows the short to occur. The fix is to disconnect the battery, pull the airbag off and replace the plastic washers. BE VERY CAREFUL SINCE AN AIRBAG IS LIKE A MINI EXPLOSIVE DEVICE.
No, the word "breeze" does not contain a long vowel. The "ee" in "breeze" represents a diphthong, which is a combination of two vowel sounds. The pronunciation of "breeze" has a short vowel sound.
SNL Digital Short was created in 2005.
"Breeze" has a long vowel sound, represented by the double 'ee'.

It has electronic ignition the timing is adjusted by the cam and crank sensor and regulated by the ecm. In short you can't without messing with the timing belt and since it has an interference engine (the pistons can hit the valves) I would suggest it.
Digitools is short for Digital tools!!
