Wales is not a kingdom. The flag of the United Kingdom includes crosses representing England, Scotland, and Ireland, all of which were kingdoms in their own right prior to being United under the British crown.
Comment:
Incorrect answer. Wales was a kingdom until the assasination of the Welsh king, Llywelyn ap Gruffydd, in 1282.
Basically because it is represented by the English flag. The Union flag is composed of the flag of England (St. George's cross) the flag of Scotland (St. Andrew's cross) and Ireland (St. Patrick's cross) dating from 1801. When it's predecessor the flag of Great Britain was composed in 1707 between England and Scotland Wales was represented by the English flag. This was because Wales had been brought partially under English control in 1284 and full control in 1536. England and Wales were considered a single legal state under the laws in Wales act 1536. The current Welsh flag of a red dragon on a green and white background was not granted official status until 1959. The background of white and green dates back to Tudor times who held the English throne from 1485 to 1603 and the use of the dragon to at least the 9th century or earlier. In recent times since the Welsh have been given some devolved government and as the British Government has described the UK as composed off 4 countries there has been a suggestion that Wales be included into the Union flag. Various designs including a dragon in the middle of the flag and a St. Davids cross have been proposed.
Wales does want representation and they have proposed the flag with the original 1801 flag with a dragon in the middle and instead of the red diagonals (St. Patrick's cross - Northern Ireland) they would replace it with green. This is unfair to Northern Ireland because then it would kick them off of the flag.
Also Britain's Union Jack has been the official flag for over 200 years. It is a national symbol depicted on MANY flags. It is a symbol of Britain itself. Changing it would be a horrible decision.
Because Wales and England are two separate countries with separate flags. Wales is not part of England
Because they are too different country's
Wales is not represented on the Union Flag. Historically Wales was treated as a Principality, not a Kingdom and hence was treated as a junior partner to England by the monarchy. Therefore, the cross of St George was seen to represent England and Wales so there is no separate representation for Wales.
the union jack is made up from the flags of England, Scotland and wales.
Its Red, White, And Blue. But It looks like a Cross, and a X Straight down the middle of the Flag.
There isn't one. The UK includes, England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and islands. The mainland, which is England, Scotland and Wales is referred to as Britain. For the record, Scotland and Wales are not in England. They are all different areas that happen to be joined up.
They are all different! England is just England. Great Britain is the Island comprised of England, Wales and Scotland. United Kingdom is England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

St David is the patron saint of Wales and nothing to do with England. The England flag has the St George's Cross.
The national flag of the United Kingdom. Wales had no explicit recognition in the flag because Wales had been annexed by Edward I of England in 1282 and, from 1542 was part of the Kingdom of England when the flag of Great Britain was designed in 1606.

If you mean union flag / union jack then England Scotland and Wales
Wales has always been connected as it part of the land mass of Britain however, through governance Wales is in the UK because Henry VII of Wales won a battle against Richard III of England and became the King of England. He became the King of two different countries and united them
first of all Wales is a different country to England and yes there are Edwards is one of the most popular surnames in Wales (which is NOT in England!)
the union jack is made up from the flags of England, Scotland and wales.
The individual flags of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Scotland Englad Wales Northen Ireland Isle of Man Gurnsey But mainly England, Scotland and Wales
Because we are not English. We are Welsh. Plus you spelt Wales wrong you fool. Perhaps you mean the flag of Great Britain, the answer to which is racism.
