Your engine fan is electrical and is thermostatically controlled. It isn't supposed to run continuously only intermittantly. If it doesn't run at all your fan is defective most likely. fan relay My 1990 engine cooling fan quit this past summer and the AC quit cooling at the same time. I found that the two are tied together with a relay that is located on the drivers side fender wall about center. If this relay fails then both quit working. I could not locate one at the local parts stores so I took mine apart and filed the contact points and reset them and it has been working fine. Hope this helps.

A Chrysler LeBaron does not have a reset switch. The fuel pump is controlled by the engine computer with relays.
There wasn't a 2000 LeBaron. On a Lebaron, the thermostat is under the housing where the upper radiator hose attaches to the engine.
