Clogged fuel filter, Replace the filter.
Because when your car runs out of gas there is no more gas in the fuel lines to run the motor so when you refuel it then start it there is nothing there to keep it running. The gas have to be pumped out of the tank and into the motor.

It depends of what sort of lighter it is? If it's a normal cheap lighter it runs on gas and can be refilled. And if it's the big bulky ones, it runs of petrol and also can be refilled.
We need a little more info here. Did the car run out of gas before you refilled it and ran into the "won't start" problem? OR, does this happen every time you put fuel in the car? well, it could be that you are on a hill and there is a transmitter that transmits the gas to run the car and if there isn't any fuel at that then it will just stall. Or it's not the fuel, it might be the water or the oil or somethig else like that
