Why does my 1994 ford ranger not start after driving it to the store. it cranks over but won't start. i have to wait about half hr. and then it starts right up. very frustrating can you help.ROD?

Hi Rod, I'm taking a shot in the dark here but it might be your coil. They can have you pulling your hair out. Sometimes they can shut down when they get warm and work again when they cool down.

I'm no expert, but my friend had a similar situation in a carburated Toyota due to a clogged fuel filter. Fuel filters need to be changed every 30,000 miles or so. It's a cheap and easy fix - try that first.
