Because it's a devil, of course!
On a more serious note, your Deville can running hot for a number of reasons.... poor airflow across the radiator fins, low or burned out coolant, faulty water pump, faulty thermostat, blockage in the system, wrong coolant type, incorrect system pressure.... some of the common ones, there.
Well, the devil lives in Hell, and Hell is a hot place, so put two and two together.
It will run continuously when the A/C or Defrost are on. If it is running without these being on then the thermal switch is defective.
a devil live in a hot place
I have a 1999 ford taurus 24 valve 6 cylinder car that when it gets hot it starts sputtering and shuts off. Once cooled down car starts and runs till it gets hot again. Thanks Peg
yes
Inoperative thermostatic clutch on the cooling fan. Loose fan belts. Low coolant

I see no evidence they worship the Devil.
The cooling fan at the radiator is not coming on. Running the heater take heat out of the coolant as it goes through the heater.
It is a hot wheel car. There is no such thing as a Cadillac LMP GMTM except it is a model car/ toy car from the company hot wheels.
has it been running before you try to start. it is overheating or you have a bad starter.
Partially plugged radiator, failed thermostat or bad water pump are the first and most probable candidates.
