hi its most likely to be the starter sticking, so get that checked first. There may be damage to the teeth on the starter or just that its worn. ............Sime
If the bolts have been removed and the wires disconnected, try tapping the starter with a wooden block to loosen it, Sometimes the starter will stick in place due to sludge and grime.
The first step in changing a Ford Mondeo radiator is to loosen the clip holding the bottom hose in place and drain the system. Then loosen all other hoses and remove the radiator mounting bolts. Then perform the above in reverse, filling the system with the proper coolant.
Gas engine is counter clockwise to loosen. Diesel engine is clockwise to loosen.
To replace it remove the battery terminal so you will not have power. Loosen the bolts (use liquid wrench or wd40 for this will be rusty) exhaust pipe from the exhaust manifold (driver side) and then you need to loosen the exhaust pipe from the exhaust manifold to the part where it connect exhaust pipe from the other side of the exhaust manifold (passenger side) and then you need to loosen the electrical wire from the starter and then loosen the bolts that connect the starter now you can wiggle the starter to pull it out you need to try to figure out how to get it through the loosen exhaust pipe ( but it should come out)

disconnect negative cable from battery ,raise vehicle in air place securley on jackstands,disconnect the leads from the starter,there should be one clip connection and oneterminal held on by a nut and washer,remove the bolts retaining the starter to the bellhousing remove the starter,sometimes it may be required to loosen the exhaust to have enough clearance to remove the starter ,but not always,toreplace starter just reverse the removal procedures.
The crankshaft sensor is right next to the starter on a 2002 Escalade. You will have to loosen up the starter to get to it.
socket and force bar on bolt brace against frame and use starter to loosen
A Honda Civic starter is found on the transmission. The starter is mounting with two bolts. Loosen the remove the bolts, then disconnect the starter solenoid from the wire harness. Replace with a new unit.

Disconnect the battery. The starter should have two or three bolts holding it in. And there will be wires connected on it. Loosen the bolts and wiring connectors, then remove the starter from its mount.
Might be something wrong with the alternator. Also you need to double check the wires around the battery and starter. Some of them can be loosen. It can cause a lot of troubles. Just make sure that all wires were tighten properly.
