If you see countries like Turkey, Malaysia, Dubai, Qatar, Iran, Pakistan, etc. all have very talented scientists & engineers and these countries are slowly coming out of the shell. It's the not the people who are incompetent, it is the leaders. Muslims are just as smart as anyone else. For God's sake they created things like Algebra. It's just Muslim countries are led by leader who care more about themselves/their families than their people/their countries.
