My thought is that 8 lugs indicate that you have 3/4 ton or possibly 1 ton wheels and axles while 5 lugs indicates that the wheels and axles are 1/2 ton variety.
5 per wheel
5 per wheel , total of 20
No. Lefty=Loosey, Righty=Tighty.
5 Lugs if it is 2 wheel drive 6 Lugs if it is 4 wheel drive
Should be 8 lugs per wheel.
5 lugs for a 2 wheel drive, 6 for a 4 wheel drive.
5
The 1500 has 6 lugs as where the 2500 has 8 lugs per wheel>
there is 5 lugs on each wheel/rim there is 20 lugs total!
Stud lugs are the threaded bolts used to connect the wheels to the drum and pilot lugs are short non-threaded bolts used to position the wheel properly for connection of the wheel.
A 300 has five lugs per wheel, and a total of twenty.
6 lugs... Its a 6x127 bolt pattern
