You'll have to be a little more specific about HOW it won't start. Is the engine cranking slowly and just won't catch, like when the battery is dead? Sometimes a failing battery or weak alternator can leave you with a low charge in the battery, and it just won't be able to turn over the engine fast enough to start. If that's the case, have the electrical system checked out. If it's cranking well but just not catching, it could just be something as simple as the fuel pressure leaking down when the vehicle sits for a while. If that's the case, try turning on the keyswitch for 3 or 4 seconds to let the fuel pressure build up THEN crank the engine to start it. That particular problem is not uncommon to GM vehicles, even though some people do not consider it a real problem, just a minor annoyance.
depends on how fast you're runing about 70-90cm/step

i was wondering whether the switch at the parking brake could affect this problem.
No because when you turn of the ignition it turns of as well. However I had a problem like that once and found that it is wise to have the AC of when you start the car. also it pays to check the battery conections whe you start runing short of power when constantly runing the AC.
