Battery cable connections may not be tight. The starter could be bad. The starter solenoid could be bad. Check to see if the lights work. If they do, leave them on and try to start the vehicle. IF the lights dim, you have a bad battery connection somewhere or a bad starter.
You have a small "EVAP" leak. Start with replacing the fuel cap.
Take the blazer to a local autozone to have the battery tested for FREE! but the blazer would not start if it sat for a couple days or so. also it would start hard, but once it started it would run fine.
Check your starter, and all power connections.
I had a Chevy blazer with the same problem. It had spark, fuel pressure, good battery & good starter. I sprayed some carburetor quick start spray & it started. They blazers have a problem with the fuel injection.
dis connect battery for 2 min. then reconnect and try to start does it even try to start
ALTINATOR OR STARTER. JUMP START CAR, TAKE POSITIVE CABLE OFF BATTERY,IF CAR DIES IT IS ALTERNATOR. GOOD LUCK
The same way you started it before replacing the battery.

Have the battery load tested at your local auto parts store, even though you think you have it charged it may be bad. Have the charging system tested also.
