any kind of noise when you turn indicates a possible issue with your steering system. the first thing you will want to check is your Power Steering pump. it is under the hood, and at the front of the engine. it is a belt driven pump. you will want to check the fluid. if it is low, refill it. if it is not, you will want to being your car to a shop and have then check the under car steering and suspension systems. it could be an issue with ball joints, or possibly even the shocks/struts
