squeeling when turning, generally means your Power Steering fluid is low. check steering fluid
either your hand brake has got something wrong with it and is stickingm, so that makes your tires rub against the road which makes a horrible noise!
Probably a worn wheel bearing...have it looked at by a technician before it seizes.
Get the widest, stickiest tires you can and it will pull harder without squealing.
