All internal combustion engines have what is referred to as a "power band." This is the part of the RPM range that the engine generates the most power. A cars power is rated in two main ways, torque and horsepower (kilowatts in some countries.) Torque is generated primarily at the low end of the RPM range, while horsepower is higher up. Cars that have smaller engines generate less torque and most of their power is in the top end of the RPM range. This means that they move more slowly when they first start moving and accelerate faster as the engine reaches higher rev's. Larger engines with more torque start out more quickly because they can access their power band earlier in the RPM range.
It has been done. The car is slow to take off but extremely fast once it gets going.
no it cannot take off if it is going slow

Either your gas pedal is stuck to the floor or you are going downhill.
Don't apply the brakes, take your foot off of the gas pedal and allow the car to slow down by itself until traction is achieved.
An electromagnet can - for example in scrapyards where a crane picks up a car with power on, then drops it when power switched off.
check oil level. go to engine shop.
also change in let-off & take-up
The wheels stop and the car loses momentum.
No, it will not take paint off a car.
Respect their wishes and take it slow. Let your heart be your guide.
it is totally normal especially for a 4cyl car your air conditioning is compressing air so that why it is sluggish with it on
