It could be your low idle fuel jet. You will need to remove the carb and take the bottom off to expose the floats and fuel jets. There will be three jets made of brass. Use a very good Standard screwdriver to loosen the jets. Be very careful not to score or break them. Once removed, you will need to evaluate them. One is long, about 3/4" with holes on the side of the barrel and one down the middle. Use a flashlight and look through it. If you can't see light then its clogged up. The other 2 jets are small with only one hole through them. Check them with the light too. You can either take them to a repair shop to clean them or just go buy a rebuild kit. If you want to clean them you will need an extremely small needle to run through the holes. I have a micro-bit pen drill that I use. A paper clip is too big. It takes a steady hand and good eyes. Once you see daylight, re-assemble and crank it up.
