it is the idle airflow metre i just had same problem easy fix three screws on side of carb and it comes off £20 to buy from ebay my car runs fine now where as b4 it kept cutting out and rev up on own i changed the airflow metre n now no problems

When my 94 town car is in park if you shoot a rev to the motor it will rev up then drop down below idle speed almost stall or stall but will restart again?

IF your 94 Probe GT has a new clutch, but when you are on a hill the car will not go, it could be the fuel line. This is especially true if it does not stall and does not rev up either.

You can not, the hub is part of the suspension strut itself.

does it stall immediately or after a certain RPM? i would first check the fuel devlivary system ie: fuel filter, fuel pump, and fuel injectors. also make sure the gas is clean (no dirt or water in it)
