A bad relay could be the reason why the parking lights on the Toyota Sequoia won't turn off. Swapping the relay out with another one may fix this problem.

depending what year check the turn signal switch. on the end if you turn it counter clockwise the parking lights should come on and if your turn it further the headlights will come on..
1. Check fuses. Should be near parking brake pedal. 2. If it's not a fuse, check to see if the bulb sockets have vibrated loose.
In this order only. Turn engine off. Depress parking brake. Turn engine on. Lights will turn off. To turn lights back on relase parking brake.
