That depends upon the vehicle and gear. In my company "car" (a 40' coach with a 12litre diesel engine) in top it is approx 1200rpm; in the next gear down it is approx 1500 rpm. In my car (with a 1.8litre diesel engine) in top it is approx 2000 rpm; in the next gear down it is approx 2600rpm.
632 / 60 = approx 10.5 therefore it will take approx 10.5h to travel 632miles at 60mph, but obviously if a human is in control of this vehicle they should stop every 2h or so to rest

It should be "SSL certificate" i.e Secondary School Leaving Certificate.

Crawl under the vehicle and follow the exhaust from the engine to the rear of the vehicle. Somewhere in between you will see the coverter. It should be the first pod shaped fixture, immediately after the exhaust manifold.(approx. the size of a loaf of bread)
