I don't really know. I think it really doesn't make you smart.
Certain fish, salmon and tuna among them, are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. This type of fatty acid promotes improved nervous system and cardiovascular system functioning.
The idea is, eating fish of certain types is good for your brain function but this only happens over a period of time. You eat the fish once or twice a week, regularly. It won't work if you simply eat a fish and wait for it to make you smarter.
Yes eating fish is much more healthier than eating everyone's favourite pork or even beef/mutton. Fish has less fats & Is good for brain. Also it does have more protein :D
Eating
Eating fish doesn't actually make you more intelligent. Fish, like Salmon, are high in Omega 3 fats, that support healthy brain development and growth.
Fish is considered brain food because it contains a large amount of highly unsaturated fatty acids, which are good for your brain.
no a fish has the memory spam of 3 seconds if it tells itself to stop eating it won't remember to do it
I guess no
No. You won't get scales from eating fish food. But it probably isn't very good for your body.
Yes
Yes eating breakfast wake up your mind and boosts the brain for remembrance.
yes it is...it is the healthyest animal for your brain.
It is not the matter of no resting, good or not. The blood flows to the digestive system, not to our brain. That is the reason why we feel very sleepy after eating. Concentration after eating is to the digestion, not to thinking.
