Junk food is like garbage if it is allowed to pileup it will start to stink. Garbage is usually made up of stuff that you no longer want and food that is not eaten for sustenance but simply for gluttonous reasons is the same as turning your body into a trash compactor that inflates.
Junk food is full of sugar, saturated foods and salt which will basically lead to weight gain, this will increase the risk of certain cancers, Heart disease, high cholesterol, heart attack, high blood pressure and Diabetes
They call it "junk" food because that's what it is ... there is no actual nutritional value in these foods, only calories that make you fat and chemicals that make you unhealthy.
