Well the most important reason of being physical fit is about health. Everyone can have sicknesses in life,but when you're physically fit you don't get sick as often ,and you can be cured faster and easier. It also influences someone's personality and habits, mostly mentally. When you're not physically fit you feel mad about it and became even more lazy,and you'll get tired even when you haven't done that much activity. Besides all that, more than 50% of people like physically fits. Simply put, when you're physically fit you'll be active, and your heart will get stronger.
