Sounds like a slipping belt. Could be a component not turning, or turning too slowly.
Guinea pigs make strange sounds... Sort of like unhappy squeaking mixed with a screech.

Not at all. The most you'll ever hear is rustling when they slink about their vivarium. Though when threatened or frightened, they'll inflate themselves and make a strange squeaking sound.
It could be the fuel pump. Sometimes they make a high-pitched whine that might sound like a squeek.

Oxygen solubility in water is strange and does not follow "normal" solubility rules along with many other gases. The solubility increases as temperature decreases.
I have the same noise. It is very strange, because when I am stopped, the noise disappears, it appears when I start moving, but it does not increase as speed increases (that is what I would expect). It increases the frequency when I accelerate but only while moving. I suspect it could be related to the serpentine belt. or to the belt tensioner.JCT
