This could be from the optional Anti-Lock Brake booster recharging. If it does it constantly, there may be a wheel sensor fault or a leak in the accumulator. If the sound goes away after a minute or so of driving, don't worry about it.

The noise is from the rear differential clutches. Bring it in to Honda and they will drain and refill them, they will also perform a burnish procedure. This is covered by the Honda Care package if you have it.
