In wealthy countries, such as the US or UK, there is an uneven distribution of wealth. There are classes: the upper class, middle class, and lower class. The lower class includes people with the lowest income and the homeless. These people do not have enough money as they are either unemployed or have a poor paying job. They either cannot keep or find a job, or do not recieve enough money to keep a house or pay bills. Unfortunately, there is also the portion of homeless people who are addicts (either to alcohol or drugs) and use the majority of their money paying for alcohol or drugs, in which case they cannot afford a house or keep a job.
