Is it on the end of the spark plugs where the wires connect? If so, expect the little round seals at the valve cover are shrunken. These seals are usually included when purchasing a valve cover gasket kit.
If the oil is on the end of the spark plugs that goes into the engine, expect bad valve stem seals or just possibly (but not likely) too much oil.
