Check all of the fuses. or take it to a garage.
If the fan still works and the cold/ hot temp dial seems to be working ( listen for damper door to flop open and close under dash) there is a very good possibility of the heater core being plugged. It is quite common in the Dodge P/U and is quite a job. There is a Wiki page that may help. A good repair manual with illustrations from an automotive store may be better.
You also can flush the heater core with a garden hose.disconnected the heater hoses,and put the garen hoses to one of the heater hoses and let the fresh water flush it out.
If the abs light is on, then you might have a rear axle speed sensor issue. If not, then you have a cluster problem.

If it has a distributor, it might be the pickup inside the distributor.

A loose wire on a 98 Dodge Intrepid car horn will make it stop working. Another reason it may stop working is a blown fuse.
I know on a '85 it's right below the alternator, they might be the same?
DON'T KNOW IF THE 97 IS THE SAME AS THE 96, BUT THE 96 MODEL GRILL IS OUT OF A 1994-2001 DODGE PICKUP. YOU MIGHT CHECK ON THAT
i have a 94 ram and its underneath the kneeknocker. should say its a wiper relay on it. might be the same, dont think they changed the underside of the dash much
i believe the 1999 - 2006 have a recall on the wiper motor. see your dealer.
The lift gate on a 2003 Dodge Durango can be opened from the inside if the latch is not working. There is a latch on the floor close to the door that can be tripped with the use of a screwdriver to open the gate. The cable for the gate might need to be repaired after this.
If your 1997 Chevy pickup wipers and washer pump are not working, you might actually have to replace the pump motor or the wiper motor, or both. These motors are not expensive to replace and can be purchased at most auto parts stores.
Did you check to see if the coil was receiving any power? If its not it might be a bad wire, or possibly the ASD Relay.
