be sure you are getting current on both sides of your turn signal switch when you turn on the blinker. This could be the problem.
Check the flasher for the turn signals which is under the dash on the left side of the steering column . It is different from the emergency flasher.

Online research suggested most probably flasher needs replaced or bad contacts in turn signal switch. Mine started working out of the blue - I think contacts were a little gunky. Are you sure you replaced the Turn Signal Flasher Relay? Some vehicles has a relay for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. Possibly you changed the wrong one. It is also possible you purchased a new defective part. It happens although rarely.
