be sure you are getting current on both sides of your turn signal switch when you turn on the blinker. This could be the problem.
Check the flasher for the turn signals which is under the dash on the left side of the steering column . It is different from the emergency flasher.

1) Replace flasher unit OR 2) Clean turn signal contacts with WD40 Had same problem. No turn signals but hazards work. Online research suggested most probably flasher needs replaced or bad contacts in turn signal switch. Mine started working out of the blue - I think contacts were a little gunky. Someone with similar problems suggested blasting the inside of the turn signal switch with WD40 to clean any gunk and corrosion from the contacts.
