Firstly, if your dog is eating their stool, you should take them to the vet for an examination. Any number of problems from worms, to digestive or pancreatic issues could be the cause. Having a professional examine your pet should be the first priority.
Following that, other, non-medical causes for coprophagia include things as simple as boredom, or loneliness. These could be apparent factors, depending on how much time you're able to spend with your dog. On occasion, misunderstandings during housebreaking can also cause your dog to eat her stool because she's learned that its presence leads to her punishment.
There are some products on the market that are supposed to curb this behavior. I've never tried them, so I can't attest to their effectiveness. A simple fix for your dog's behavior is to scoop the poop before she can eat it. This is also good health overall for your yard, since dog feces in the yard can become little land mines when you want to walk around your yard.
