poor country are getting poorer because of poverty for example Africa they have every thing they need but because the don't have the material to cut it and make it into a Finish product so they lose alot of money because they are selling raw product example diamond they don't cut and make it into a finish product.

Perhaps it is because the people of the European region were among the first to develop superior technology and general civilisation. They also introduced these traits to other countries, particularly northern (U.S. and such). This is the only possible reason I can think of. If there are any additions to this, they would be greatly appreciated.
