Large startup costs and the generation of nuclear waste
Go right from Cerulean City to the Rock Tunnel, you should be able to Surf (With the HM of course.) past there, go down stream, and you should be at the Power Plant.
India already has nuclear weapons.
The amperage gauge will go down when you turn on your lights, because there is a sudden draw of electric power from the battery. The alternator should equal out the power surge.
when you first start your in a room open the door go to the elevator and go down to the second floor then open the blocked things and go the elevator on the left go down and then you should be in a room with doors everywhere go straight and take the first left you should see a room go into it and then you should see the power switch
When you open the door on the top level, in the back of that room there should be an elevator. Go down it, and you should be at headquarters. Then open the staircase, and there should be another opening for a larger elevator. Go down it, and run around, and you should find a power switch on the left. Hope I helped! :)
The UK has been nuclear for a very long time. It has lots of nuclear energy stations and lots of nuclear weapons.
An active nuclear power plant represents a monstrous financial investment. Tearing one down to move it or for any other reason would cause the bookkeepers to go ballistic. Accidents are a major risk with nuclear power, and a great deal of energy goes into safe designs and/or safety modifications. We spend tons of money to make the plants safe, or improve safety. But a tear down or a move (which would involve a tear down) is not something industry folks would like to face. Can it be done? Maybe. Would it be done? Bet not.
France has 58 nuclear power plants. Go to this web site: http://www.edf.fr/accueil-fr/edf-and-power-generation/nuclear-power-122172.html and you will see. This site is run by EDF, the French nuclear power utility.
There are many more than three states in the US with nuclear plants. Go to www.nrc.gov for a complete list
For this, you can blame public media, nuclear power can be good or bad but, if the people get scared they will not want to live near or go anywhere near them. Take the recent nuclear news for example
No. There is no possibility whatsoever of a nuclear power plant having a nuclear explosion. It is not physically, or even theoretically, possible for the core to be brought into a super-prompt critical geometry and held there long enough to consume enough fuel to "go nuclear".
The most practical way is to take a nuclear reactor with you when you go there.
