It is important to know that food has calories which you can burn and thats good :) or you can retain the calories as fat and thats bad :( and when you have cholesterol, trans fats, polyonsaturated fats, monosaturated fats, too much sodium, and just plain old fat you are receptive Diabetes, heart problems, clinically diagnosed obesity and some people being scared of you (I know people scared of fat people) ... so just be healthy and when your hungry eat nutritious meals consisting of carbohydrates, protein, a little dairy (controversial but I think you might want some sort of dairy product), fats, vitamins and minerals, fruits and veggies. You need a little of everything except maybe trans fats :P etc. so people should be concerned about what they eat because they dont want to be like all the fat people in the US, want to be healthy and want to survive to live a long life so just be careful about what you eat! ;) hope that answered your question
