Yes, the Native Americans were never exposed to many of the diseases the settlers to the New World from Europe brought with them. The result was the death to many Native Americans.
The conquistadors of Spain and settlers from France and England brought with them to the New World diseases that the Native Americans had never been exposed to. The result was that these diseases were deadly. Many Native American deaths could be attributed to the new diseases.
We don't know what diseases were the first to inhabit the Americas. The time is too long ago and there is no written records. We do know that Europeans brought many diseases that the native Americans never had: smallpox, influenza, measles and gonorrhea. These killed around 90% of the natives.
Good question, but it is not phrased correctly.
Europeans did not create, or cultivate disease to be used against anyone. Native Americans did not have developed immune systems to deal with the disease of europe so many of them died as a consequence. To ask, did the Europeans "kill the indians [...] with their diseases" is like asking if the Chinese killed the Europeans with the plague that was spread by rats from their ships in the middle ages.
No. Humans have been migrating and settling throughout the world for thousands of years. The spread of disease has always been an unintentional consequence of those migrations.
However there are instances of disease, poison, famine, and biological weapons used in warfare, however this is also not unique to Europeans.
As a side note... Europeans are not unique in any particular form of warfare, slavery, subjugation, or otherwise "humanitarian crime" that was not already being practiced by the muslim. chinese, indian, or african peoples.
... however Europeans do have a list of accomplishments that are unique contributions to history in the form of art, science, philosophy, architecture, and not leaset of which include the abolishment of slavery and polticial provisions such as the Civil Rights Movement.
Many common diseases were unknown in North America before the arrival of Europeans.
Being exposed to completely new diseases devastated many Native American tribes.

May have been some that they didnt know about but they were'nt a comparison to small pox and others that the Europeans brought

Absolutely no native Americans migrated to America. They were already here! They met Columbus!
THE INDIANS (NATIVE AMERICANS)
Native Americans were more likely to die from the diseases that European settlers brought to America because they had less immunity to these diseases than the settlers did.
Much of the decline was due to the fact Native Americans had no natural immunities to European diseases.
With the understanding that Mexico is in North America, Native Americans did not have the diseases that Europeans brought to the New World. Also, horses and the wheel were not in the Native American empires and Tribes.

If by people in America you mean "Native Americans", they had not developed the immunities to European diseases, over the centuries that Europeans had developed. Diseases such as measles, diphtheria, even chicken pox, not to mention smallpox were devastating to the American Indian. It is probable that more Native Americans died of European diseases than died in the many battles with the white man.
The spread of European diseases had the greatest impact on Native Americans. Large numbers were wiped out by these foreign diseases they were unprepared to deal with.
The effects were the Native Americans being made slaves, diseases passing from the old world to the new world, and an invasion of Europeans of North America. The Native Americans were discriminated against, displaced off ancestral lands, killed by diseases, and had environmental terrorism practiced against them with plants and animals that were native to the environment of North America. Columbus changed the world and opened the door to invasion.
Christopher Columbus killed many many Native Americans. Europeans also killed many by bringing diseases to america. They (the British and europeans) were sick people, and very greedy, which is why there are very little Native Americans left.
From the view of the native Americans, the colonists and their diseases were two bad things.
