Todays car warms up faster if you drive it. Just drive easy
the flyweel has a crack in it it should get quiter when the engine warms up or when your going you will have to replace it Track down the source of the rattle it could be something as simple as a loose heat shield on your catalytic converter or serious like a cracked flywheel. have someone hold the brake while the car is in drive and listen under the car till you find where the noise is loudest.
it really could be a number of things, but more than likely its either the idle air control valve that is sticking, or your transmission fluid is dirty. When your transmission fluid is dirty or has particles in it, the car will idle rough and seem to want to turn off, once it warms up and the gunk glogging the transmission filter is stirred up, the car will seem to run fine. If you let the car cool and that gunk re-settles, it will do it again.
The coil is a high voltage transformer, used to step up battery voltage to 50,000 volts to fire the spark plugs.
The timing of the engine is off or the spark plug wires have been hooked up incorrectly.

Does it have enough compression?
No, warn engine parts will cause loss of oil pressure as the engine warms up, due to expansion betweeen moving parts. Hot oil is thinner.
