ok i might not me be a muscle man but i am a full time cheerleader! i workout my muscles everyday for at leats 7 hours! im always in the gym working out and yes at first i was always sore too. but i talked to my friends and instructors and they said just stretch. now i know your probaby saying stretch? but it really will help. do a lot of stretching the night before you workout and after as much as possible.yes this wiill hurt at first but it will relax your muscles! hope i could help.... but if i didnt maybe you should drop the amount of weight you lifet!!!!
