If it doesn't crank, then it will be the starter, or ignition switch. It might have a bad starter
you also might have a bad alternator one of these 3 would be my first guess Also be sure to check the starter fuse located in the fuse box under the hood, probley near the battery, there will be a digram under the cover of the fuse box. If you pull the fuse and its black or brown in the middle then it burnt out. this s your cheapest fix. If it happens again, take it to a shop and have them look for a wire short. We need more info. Need to know the symptoms. Need to know what it does and does not do.
Sorry, your question needs clarification. You need to be more specific. Are you trying to perform a jump-start? Are you replacing the battery?
Disconnect the battery for about 20 seconds.
If the battery is good and the alternator is charging then most likely the starter/starter solenoid is bad. You can also check the battery cables to make sure they are properly grounded.
Under the battery tray
try replacing the starter
On the same post connected to the battery.
A vehicle needs three things to run. Air, Fuel and spark. You didnt say if it turns over or not. If it doesnt turn over you could have a dead or bad battery which would be fixed by replacing the battery or testing the charging system. If it turns over but no start check for spark and fuel pressure and that you are getting air into the intake. If the battery is charged and it does nothing check the starter.
you have to enter the 4 digit safe code found in your owners manual
