I don't know whether you have changed the fuel pump or not. Cause if you did, most likely the pump is a cheap china one that clogged if it gets hot. I had the same problem. Funny thing is that the Jeep starts if it's left to cool for 1-2 minutes.
If you did not change your Fuel pump then most likely your fuel pressure regulator needs cleaning.
