THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE BLOWER SWITCH.IT IS MORE THAN LIKLEY THE CABLE ON THE AIR BOX HAS CAME OFF.
I just had the blower replaced on my 1994 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and it is rather costly. First of all there are 2 blower motors, 1 is the heater blower motor and it is located behind the glove box. The other blower motor is for the A/C and it is located under the dash on the drivers side of the vehicle. It is labor intensive and cost me $240.00 and some change, not including parts. I was told by the mechanic that this A/C was installed after the vehicle was manufactured, so don't know what difference that makes in factory installations.
The blower motor fuse has blown or the blower motor itself has blown. Change the fuse or replace the blower motor itself and you should be good.
You need to change the blower resistor, located behind glove box.
