Why wont your 1992 Pontiac Bonneville start after you shut it off it runs great no problems starts up every time when its cool?

Check you fuel pump and filter; it may be getting weak. Chances are if this is it , the pump will soon quit altogether. This problem may be a number of things but an electric fuel pump can act just as you wrote. I hope this helps you. Mark
