I'm not sure, but go to the doctor. I once had my period for about a month and a half straight! Without stopping! I went through a whole pad about every 7 minutes. You need to go to the doctor and ask them about it. Also, you should ask for some blood tests just to make sure you have not lost too much blood or if something is wrong.

This would only be abnormal if the spotting on the eighth day is bright red. Actually, I have always happened this to me - bleeding for 5 days, not bleeding one day, and then bleeding bright red and a lot for another 2 days. What it meant for me was that I have an inverted (heart shaped) uterus. This causes the disruption in bleeding. At least that's what I was told.

It all depends on where in your cycle you were when you had sex and started bleeding. The bleeding could just be from the sex itself, you may have gotten a scratch or tear inside that is bleeding, you could be starting your period early or you could be experiencing implantation bleeding. If it is implantation bleeding it may be bright pink or dark brown and only enough to be considered 'spotting' and not a period. If it is heavy bleeding it is not implantation bleeding. I don't know about the light pink bleeding but the cramps is normal so is the blood getting brown towards the end. That just means the blood has been in your body longer.
If you take utovlan on the day your period starts will this stop the bleeding until you stop talin the tablets?
The bleeding will not stop immediatley but will after a day or so.
