Why would a 1992 F150 5.8 miss and pop through the intake at 2000 rpm or less then rev above that with no problem then let off the gas and it stalls has no power and check engine light is on?

Put a new egr electrical position sensor on and a new coolant temp sensor and fill the radiator with coolant. This will fix all but the check engine lite.

depends on the noise it makes when it stalls...could be vacuum leak, map sensor, fuel injectors, fuel pump, clogged air intake. have someone else start the engine as you look and listen for any strange noises as the engine stalls.

I had the same problem with my 1994 Saturn SC2 (1.9L DOHC) after hours of poking around, I found that my PCV valve was cracked (The tube that goes from your air intake to the top of your valve covers). Although it could be a problem with the vacum at any point. Check your air intake for cracks / leaks / gaps, and all the hoses leading to your engine.
