it's not supose to startin drive, what kind of question is that

It is possible that you meant Park, and not Drive. If this is the case, your shift linkage may be in need of adjustment as the vehicle may not be registering that it is out of reverse, and therefore not allow it to start. Try lifting the shift lever while you try to start the vehicle. if this works, you may just need a little adjustment, or some new bushings in the linkage possible bad neutral switch
Neutral safety switch is bad.
they are neutral they are not owned by anyone
I do not see why anyone should have a problem with that.I do not see why anyone should have a problem with that.I do not see why anyone should have a problem with that.I do not see why anyone should have a problem with that.
No, Lots Of Gimmicks Out There. Watch Primetime, Non Work/
Check the fuel system completely, there may be restrictions in the filter or fuel lines. Also check the catalytic converter for blockage, a restriction in the exhaust system will cause this problem too.
it can be a simple problem as coroded batery cables/terminals and or a loose conecion at the starter.even a bad ground could cause that problem. another common cause is a misaligned or faulty neutral safety switch. try putting your vehicle on neutral and try starting it then.
Hello...Mine is doing the same thing!...and I am on my way to get it looked at. I thought I would look online to see if it was happening to anyone else? I remember having a recall done where they changed the gear shift to not go from park to drive. I guess it was a safety issue?..anyway since that recall change my gear shift has always felt "SLOPPY" I am wondering if anyone else is noticing a problem with their drive slipping into neutral occassionally? Please write back if anyone else is having this problem. Thank you.
I have 05 X-type 3.0 with intermittent CO2 fumes, mechanic says cabin air filter should be replaced (book recommends this every 20K miles). Petrol may be much more serious problem, though. -f
1st tell the problem!
The dealer wants to replace my whole radio. I'm looking for answers first.
Answer for USA, Canada and countries running a 60 Hz supply service. When installed properly, there should always be continuity between ground and neutral because they are bonded together at the service. If continuity is intermittent, something is loose. I would start by checking your bond in the service panelAs always, if you are in doubt about what to do, the best advice anyone should give you is to call a licensed electrician to advise what work is needed. Before you do any work yourself,on electrical circuits, equipment or appliances, always use a test meter to ensure the circuit is, in fact, de-energized.IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY SURE YOU CAN DO THIS JOBSAFELY AND COMPETENTLYREFER THIS WORK TO QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS.
is anyone there?
