check to see if the alternator is working properly or maybe an alternator wire came loose with the new battery installation.
PT Cruiser batteries can be jumped with jumper cables. When jumper cables are attached to the battery in the PT Cruiser and are attached to the battery and another car battery, the battery will get charged, after a few minutes.
The battery is dieing down and you should go and get a new battery or get your battery charged
If it was your car that has been "jumped" then the energy went from your "friends" battery to yours. Your friends battery lost some charge, whilst yours gained some charge. Once the cables were detached - no energy was transferred. No, as long as you do not have the blower motor running.
If it were the ignition switch, the vehicle would not start even with a jump. The battery is either not holding a charge or the alternator is not providing the charge to the battery. You can have the battery and the alternator checked (usually free of charge) at an auto parts store,
try replacing the alternator
bad battery, and bad alternator not keeping it charged - also bad connections to the battery or loose wire connections on the alternator.
The battery is weak and should be replaced, with a charged one or new one.
No. The battery will be charged at a rate which is 2* the normal rate. This will cause the battery to overheat which might cause it to explode.
The battery just isn't holding a charge. Time for a new one. Batteries can die suddenly like this.
if you have to do it each and every time you turn it off, then battery is first thing i would consider.. If it keeps charge for day or so you may want to look for shorts. Auto zone can tes the battery for dead cells...
I would assume the battery is completely dead and needs to be replaced, or you jumped it wrong.or its the alternator i think
Its probably your fuel pump.....
