Engine stalling may be caused by several factors, such as incorrect idling speed and errors in the engine sensors. But for that symptom, it would not hurt to check a stuck braking system first.
first thing i would check, is that the choke is turning off completely
i believe your fuel pump is failing witch is located in your gas tank
If the engine runs cold you might try replacing the thermostat. I had a similar problem with a Plymouth van, at low rpms, turning corners,,, it would stall.
running out of gas? is it carburated?
Because the driver took their foot off of the gas and slowed down in a high gear. Or probably because they didnt push in the clutch. Either of those things can stall a manual transmission.
your gas tank is sitting too high and when you turn the fuel goes to one side and doesnt get to the engine happend to me
A problem in the fuel line could cause it to stall. On a stick shift, letting off the clutch too soon would cause the vehicle to stall.
The year, make, model and engine info would help.
I would say that you would need a bridle that has a crown piece (in front of the ears) A strap behind the ears and a throat latch (under the neck), this would ensure that while turning a barrel that the head stall wouldnn't come flying off. Most nylon bridles are made this way, and some leather ones as well, (although these are generally mush more expensive.)
There are several things that can cause your 1990 Volvo 740 to stall while driving. The most common cause is a bad fuel pump.
crankshaft position censor
probably so you do not go too fast and flip over. that would be a good thing to look up in the manual.
