When a dog eats something different, sometimes it will upset his or her stomach, just as it would with us. I would worry about your dog getting tapewoms from eating the intestines of a deer. Best to deworm him for tapes after his tummy settles down. If he continues to be sick, take your pet to your Veterinarian for a check up.
While he is sick, take all food and water away from him for about 12 hours to let his or her tummy settle down and just offer little sips of Pedialyte (can find that in the baby section of your grocery store) so he doesn't dehydrate yet his stomach can settle down. Do take to your Vet if sick for very long, don't let him go longer than a day of being sick before you take your pet to your Veterinarian to check over. They can dehydrate so fast and then die.
