heater core leaking
If it's the front passenger side ,I would say your heater core is leaking .
This would be caused by a leaking heater core, or a leak in the plumbing associated with it.
Leaking from the water pump at the back on the passenger side.
Radiator or hose but probably water pump
It could be the heater core leaking.
its water make sure the drain hole for the AC is not cloged
It can be one of 3 things. My first guess would be a leaking heater core considering the area where it is leaking. Are you sure this is water and not coolant. If it tastes sweet or is slick to the touch, it is coolant and you have a leaking heater core that must be replaced. Secondly it can be the windshield seal that is leaking. And 3rd it may be that the drain holes below the windshield cowl are stopped up allowing water to enter the passenger compartment.
If you have your air conditioning running it is the moisture that is pulled out of the air when it is being cooled. That water is then expelled outside of the car
This is an indication that your heater core is leaking. To stop the leaking you will have to replace the heater core or stop using your heater.
The ac drain is plugged. The drain hose is on the firewall on the lower passenger side. ...that, or your heater core is leaking.
If it is leaking on the passenger side I would agree with them; the drian hose could be opened up with caompressed air.Good luck.
Would that be when it is raining ? If so you need to caulk around the vent in the fire wall area. If not from rain, then the heater core is leaking, and you will be losing coolant.
If it is water it is probably the condensation drain plugged up with crud. If it is engine coolant it is probably the heater core leaking.
Probably on the passenger side, under the glove box. The heater core is leaking, you should probalbly smell something sweet with the car running. That's the anti freeze.
It wasn't an impala, but I had a car that leaked and would fill the floorboard on the passenger side. It was due to a drain that was plugged with dirt, leaves, etc. that ran down from the windshield and would normally drain out under the car.
You heater core has most likely kicked the bucket. It is anti-freeze leaking in your car. You should get that fixed ASAP (obviously!).
Hub seal is leaking
Knowing the YEAR would help answer your question a little better. Check these things : Water pump, INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET, And there could be a heater hose fitting screewed into the front left corner of the intake that could be leaking. That's you standing in front of the engine looking at it. There is also a Freeze plug that is hidden on the left front side of the timing cover that could be leaking.
your heater core is leaking i would replace it.
hello, i can not answer this question but ask your mechanic for the answer all the best Sir Digby Ceaser xxxxx
Hose leaking Water pump leaking
Sounds like heater core is leaking and what you are seeing is antifreeze
water in passenger floorboard, where is the hose that would cause this?
Perhaps water pump is leaking?
