There is a major communcaion problem between the computers on your truck. You will need to have it brought to a qualified repair shop. You can not diagnose this problem without a scan tool.
It is possible that the dome light needs to be replaced on the Dodge Neon if the odometer is flashing the word fuse. If the car is also not starting this could be caused by a bad starter or bad battery.

With the key in the off position, hold down the trip odometer reset button until the dash lights start flashing. When it is all done start the car, and see if it reset.
