Low coolant? Cooling fan not working? Thermostat not opening? Radiator plugged or restricted? System Airbound? Hoses collapsing under pressure? Defective radiator cap?
Low coolant? Plugged or restricted radiator? water pump not circulating coolant? Thermostat not opening fully? Defective radiator cap? Hoses collapsing under pressure?
Numerous possible reasons - low coolant, defective radiator, leaky hoses, bad thermostat, blown head gasket... take your pick
Radiator cap
If the timing were off, it would be possible to overheat an engine, and have the overflow throwing water at you. But, in newer cars, this is usally not the case. You might have a bad hose somewhere-radiator, or heater hoses. And/or, the thermostat could be bad. NOPE
Try changing the themometer
If the Chevy Celebrity radiator is smaller that the Saturn radiator it might well overheat from not enough cooling capacity. If the Chevy Celebrity radiator is the same size or larger than the Saturn radiator I would think it would not over heat.
If it is coming from the radiator or the hoses this would mean your antifreeze is boiling in the lines. I would recommend first changing the thermostat and bleeding the air from the rad lines.
The radiator would be located at the front of your engine compartment on your Ford F-150 . It has ( 2 ) larger diameter radiator hoses ( one hose at the top of the radiator and one hose at the bottom of the radiator on the opposite end of the radiator ) that connect the radiator to the engine . The radiator hoses are rubber
If you are speaking about the two small hoses, yes. That would be transmission fluid.
Low Coolant level? Perhaps cooling system is airbound not allowng coolant to circulate? Water pump defective not circulating coolant? Radiator plugged or restricted? Hoses collapsing under pressure? Defective radiator cap?
