Why would the blower motor cut out when making right turns and turn on when coming out of the turn?

1) Check for a loose power wire on the blower motor
2) Check to see that the blower motor is securely mounted/ perhaps loose and is not making good "ground" contact.
3) Check for loose fuse in fuse holder (under dash) repeated overheating will cause fuse holder to get loose and lose connection
4) Check for loose wire on switch.
