1) Check for a loose power wire on the blower motor
2) Check to see that the blower motor is securely mounted/ perhaps loose and is not making good "ground" contact.
3) Check for loose fuse in fuse holder (under dash) repeated overheating will cause fuse holder to get loose and lose connection
4) Check for loose wire on switch.

1st check fuse , then or resistor and then blower motor itself resistor is usually under hood right by blower motor or on the ducking it self google images resistor for your kind of car so you know what your looking for power should be going into it when your heater is on and coming out the other side the higher the setting the more power coming out the other side going to blower motor
The blower motor resistor assembly is located to the right of the blower motor. The blower motor is located in the engine compartment on the passenger side of the firewall.
remove the battery and the cpu, the blower motor will be right under it.
Not sure about the relay, but there is a blower resistor assembly located on the heater case to the right of the blower motor.
the resistor is gonna be right off the blower motor attached to the blower motor by a wire harness should be by the heater core

It is usually under the dash on the passenger side right next to the blower motor. On some, it is mounted on the same bracket as the blower motor.
